Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – Savior of Arsenal


Whats up soccer fans and welcome back to another footie player spotlight.

Today we are looking at the Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Emiliano François Aubameyang.

Aubameyang began his senior career more than ten years ago after he was promoted from the youth side at AC Milan.  And since then he has amassed an astonishing 173 goals at the club level.  

Pierre-emerick was born in Laval France into a footballing family.  His father Pierre was the captain of Gabon and played for many french club teams which include Laval, Toulouse, and Nice.  

While owned by Milan from 2008-2011 he was sent out on loan to several other teams throughout that time until he finally found a new permanent home with Saint-Etienne in 2011 where he became a permanent part of the starting 11 scoring 16 goals in 2011-2012 and 19 goals in 2012-2013 along with winning the 2013 Coupe de la Ligue.

From there he was services were aquired by Borussia Dortmund where his position changed from winger to Striker.  At Dortmund he gained massive notoriety as a prolific striker who has explosive speed.  He ranked as one of the fastest players in football and was often compared to Thierry Henry.
